These terms cover your use of the ClearCut Solutions website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement issued before any build begins.
ClearCut Solutions is a trading name of Kelly North Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17432421), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Kelly North Ltd. You can contact us at contact@clearcutsolutions.co.uk.
The content on this Site (text, design, images, code) is owned by Kelly North Ltd or used under licence. You are welcome to view, share, and reference it, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish substantial parts without permission.
Any indicative figures on the Site are exclusive of VAT. Final pricing for any project is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. The Apple Developer Program fee (currently $99/yr) and Google Play Developer fee (currently $25 one-off) are paid separately by you.
Any actual work we do for you (building apps, membership platforms, retainers) is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, timeline, payment terms, intellectual property, and ownership. The terms on this page do not replace that agreement.
Information on the Site (including the revenue calculator) is for general information only. It is not financial, legal, or business advice. Actual revenue depends on many factors specific to your business.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site itself. This does not limit our liability for anything that cannot be limited under UK law.
The Site may link to third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent version.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
